Customers shall provide accurate information and maintain account security. Credentials must not be shared except as authorized by the Customer.

6. User Roles and Permissions

Customers are responsible for configuring permissions and reviewing access rights. Actions performed through authorized accounts are deemed actions of the Customer.

7. Subscription Plans and Billing

Subscriptions are billed according to selected plans. Fees are payable in advance. Taxes are additional unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. Acceptable Use

Users shall not misuse the Platform, upload malware, reverse engineer the software, interfere with security, or use the Services unlawfully.

12. Customer Data Ownership

Customers retain ownership of Customer Data. The Company receives a limited license to process Customer Data for providing and supporting the Services.

13. Employee Data Processing

The Customer acts as Data Fiduciary/Controller and the Company acts as Data Processor for employee data processed through the Platform.

14. Privacy and DPDP Compliance

Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and applicable laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

15. Payroll Disclaimer

Payroll calculations and statutory workflows are provided as administrative tools. The Customer remains solely responsible for payroll accuracy, tax deductions, filings and compliance.

16. Security Measures

The Company maintains commercially reasonable safeguards including authentication controls, access restrictions, audit logging, monitoring, backups and encryption where applicable.

17. Backup and Disaster Recovery

The Company maintains backup and disaster recovery procedures but does not guarantee recovery of every record under all circumstances.

18. Service Availability

The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

API access must follow documentation and rate limits. Third-party integrations are used at Customer risk and subject to third-party terms.

20. Third-Party Services

The Company is not responsible for third-party products, services, content or availability.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, software, documentation, trademarks and technology belong exclusively to the Company.
